At the age of 83


He was the father of Terry (Eric) Smith and Steve Pierre in Grenada. Dunbar, Eric and Hudson Ferguson; Sandra and Clinton Pierre, all in the United States; Rhonda Pierre in Canada. Several grand and great grand children, including Terrence and Kellon Smith, Duane, Darryl, Joel, Andrew, Danielle and Mariba Ferguson, Clinthia Pierre and others in the United States and Canada; Natalie (Chakie), Diandra (Dee Dee), Hassan and others in Grenada. His Life Partner Lucy Charles aka Mammy Lucy. Step-father of Jo-anne Falconer, Chloe, Barbara, Roxanne, Dexter, Tamara, Tia and Zoe Charles. Father-in-Law of Gillian Smith, in Grenada, Maria, Maritta, and Debbie Ferguson, Roy Falconer, and Thera Pierre in the United States.
He was the brother of Fabian in St. Lucia, Carmen in the United Kingdom and Doris in Grenada; the uncle and grand uncle of Yvette, Yvonne, Joan, Brenda, Frances, Thelma and Leslie-Ann Baptiste; Brother-in-Law of Petrona Baptiste in St. Lucia and many others relatives and friends, residing both in Grenada and abroad..
He leaves to mourn his close Neighbours on St. John's Street, St. George's, including Simon, Glenroy Andrews, Crawford Best, Miss Gwen and employees at the Country Kitchen, Christopher (Pusher), Raphael and the boys at Clarke's Printery; Also the Management of the Grenada Port Authority and members of the Grenada Seamen and Waterfront Workers Union; Pie Sandiford, Cynthia Banfield and family; the boys on the Carenage; Leo at the Genada Steele Works, Caretakers - Nadia and Hazel-Ann, and many other friends in the surrounding areas, including the Market Square

Special Info  The Funeral of the late Wilbert Clifton Alonzo Baptiste Will take place on Wednesday 29th October 2014 at 2:00pm Funeral service will be held at the Blessed Sacrament RC church according to Anglican Rites And interment at the Grand Anse Cemetery Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Otway/Bailey Funeral Home
