We are here today to celebrate the life of Ann Cecilia Edwards also known as Aunty Ann to many and Mama to her grand children she was born on July 19th 1930 to Mary and Manny McIntosh of LaTante St. David’s, Grenada. She attended the Crochu RC School; Aunty Ann was the wife of the late Jim Steven Edwards. She was a well known Trafficker to Trinidad for many years before migrating to Canada then to the United States where she worked as a Home Health Assistant in Brooklyn New York. Aunty Ann had a passion for cooking and played all-fours as a pro. Aunty Ann is remembered for her warm personality and also her kind generosity. She enjoyed making people laugh with her spontaneous theory and funny jokes. Ann was preceded by three of her children, Kiplin, Jean and Fitzroy McIntosh. Aunty Ann will be remembered by her children, Dalinton McIntosh, Justin McIntosh Alice Campbell, Andre Edwards, and her adopted daughter Theresa Sylvester. Grand children Raymond, Claudette, Che, Otis, Mandy, Justina, Jason, Alisha, Alison, Yvonne, Jamilla, Terrance, Merlyn, Elvis, Troy, Arthley Alliyiah , Alex, Jermain Justin jr., Sean, Trenton and Teneisha. 29 Great grand children too numerous to mention.
Nieces: Marita, Rita, Maria, Lynette, Noreen and Veronica, Nephews: Sherman, Jerry and Crafton. Sisters-in-law: Phyllis Paul and Edith McIntosh, Brother-in-law: Glen Edwards, Daughter-in-law, Janice McIntosh and Adrene McIntosh, Son-in- law Alister Campbell. Many close relatives and friends including King and family; the Patrice family; the Alexander family; Mavis Guilliaume and family; Daphne Paul and family; The LaPompe; The McIntosh family; George Coutain; The Grenade family; The Benjamin family and Anthony “Cressie” Maitland.

Aunty Ann we love you so much and wish that we had more time together and will cherish all of the memories.

On November 17, 2014, our Heavenly Father took Aunty Ann by the hand and led her to his home. Although, to us she has gone too soon, we are confident that she has gone to a place where there is no more sickness or pain, no more suffering but joy and life forevermore.
Aunty Ann will surely be missed, may her soul rest in peace.

Special Info  The Funeral Service for the late Mrs. Ann C. Edwards will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd at St. Matthews RC church(1123 Easternparkway Brooklyn, New York). There will be a viewing held from 5 to 7pm with the funeral mass beginning at 7pm.
