GRENADA: Royston Stafford, a thirty-seven year old man from Marian, St. George’s, was sentenced to serve eighteen years at the Richmond Hill Prison for the murder of Morne Jaloux resident, Ivor O’Brien.
On February 12, 2006, Mr. O’Brien was found unconscious at his home in Morne Jaloux.
He was rushed to the General Hospital in St. George’s where he subsequently died. The cause of death was established as head injuries inflicted by a blunt object.
The eighteen year jail sentence was handed down by Justice Claire Henry at the Number 2 High Court in St. George’s last week Thursday.
I do think people who take some's life should be hung.Tax payers should not have to feed them in jail. And if the government connot control the crimes.we will cancel vacation in grenada.
