WEST INDIES ANNOUNCES SQUAD FOR AUSTRALIAN TOUR  
ST. JOHN'S, Antigua: The West Indies cricket selectors have included batting star Brian Lara and Ramnaresh Sarwan in a 15-member squad to tour Australia later this month. The squad that is scheduled to leave for Australia will be skippered by Shivnarine Chanderpaul and he will be assisted by fellow Guyanese Sarwan, who has already established himself in the regional one-day tournament with back-to-back hundreds this week. Also back in the squad is Jamaican all-rounder Marlon Samuels, while 20-year-old Trinidadian Denesh Ramdin has retained his place as the wicketkeeper of the team. The West Indies will kick off the tour with a four day arranged match against Queensland between 27 -30 October. The selectors have also named a squad of seven for the Hong Kong International Cricket Sixes, listed for October 22-23 at the Kowloon Cricket Club, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Senior Squad: Shivnarine Chanderpaul (captain), Chris Gayle, Devon Smith, Ramnaresh Sarwan (vice captain), Brian Lara, Wavell Hinds, Marlon Samuels, Dwayne Bravo, Denesh Ramdin, Dwayne Smith, Fidel Edwards, Corey Collymore, Tino Best, Jermaine Lawson, Daren Powell.
