A hattrick from national midfielder Shane Rennie was more than enough to push the 'bread basket men' at the top of the GFA Premier League Standings; a position that Fontenoy United enjoyed since the start of the GFA Season. Lime Paradise out-played Waggy T Ball Dogs Saturday night to a 4-0 victory in the first of a doubleheader at the National Stadium. The other match featured Queens Park Rangers and Newim GBSS. A disappointing performance from QPR, losing 3-1 to GBSS. Rangers is struggling at the bottom of the table with only one point. In other matches, Fontenoy United lost their first match 3-0 to Eagles Super Strikers. Fontenoy is now in second spot. Mr. Mc Guire will take the opportunity to submit the Activity Report of the Committee over the one year period of office. National U-17 Boys returns home with 3rd spot An early heavy lost to Barbados 6-0 would pay on the minds of both the players and staff of the National U-17 Boys Team as they returned home yesterday from Suriname. Grenada placed third in their group to Barbados and host country Suriname. In their final match on Saturday, the young Spice Boys lead St. Vincent 3-0 at the half time only to concede three second half goals and having to score a late goal to produce a 4-3 scoreline.
