GRENADIAN ELECTORATE TIRED OF THE ADS |
|
|
Both the governing New National Party and the opposition National Democratic Congress have mounted massive media campaigns making their case ahead of Tuesday's General Election.
Friday's early vote by the police will put a stop to the bombardment of political ads.
Many people are glad that the process has begun as they will not be bombarded with the amount of advertising the political parties are doing, especially the NNP. Sources claim that in one hour you will find eight NNP ads against two NDC ads on radio.
Grenadians are complaining that they are fed up of the barrage of commercials the parties have been running.
The tempo has been very high as you go along various parts of the country, particularly the capital.
