The lanky Grenadian middle-distance runner, Rondell Bartholomew, has clocked 45.28 seconds at the Michael Johnson Classic in Waco, Texas.
His time is the fourth fastest 400m for the year with only Australian Ben Offereins (44.86), American Tavaris Tate (44.86) and his compatriot Kirani James (45.02) running faster than him.

each time i see or read something on this site telling me how our brothers and sisters (Grenadians)at home and abroad and how well they are doing representing our country in track and field, it makes me want to jump for joy and proud to be a grenadian and i only wish more of our people wouls sometime just sometime wave the flag,the jamacian and the bajans and the trini does it so come on spice isles lets make some noise for our heroes doing for themselves and our country lets wave the flag for we are grenadians and god bless us
