The general public is advised that effective Wednesday 26th January 2005, the Office of the Immigration Department would be temporarily relocated to Melville Street in St, George’s, in the newly renovated building directly opposite the Fish Market. This has become necessary allow repairs to be carried out on the Department’s Office at the Botanical Gardens. The roof of the building was seriously damaged during the passage of Hurricane Ivan. All services provided by the Department would be available at the new location on Melville Street. The Chief Immigration Officer and other Officers of the Department apologize for any inconvenience likely to be caused, as a result of the relocation, and look forward to continue to be of service.
