INLAND REVENUE OFFICERS TO BEGIN SERVING DEMAND NOTICES...  
The public is hereby notified, that in accordance with Section 39 of the Property Tax Act 2 of 1997 (as amended), that with effect from Tuesday 15th March 2005, Demand Notices for Property Tax for the year 2005 will be served. Officers from the Inland Revenue Division will be hand delivering these notices in the areas of St. John’s and St. Mark’s, from March 15th onwards, between the hours 9 am – 3pm. The public is hereby reminded that the Property Tax for 2005 on Residential buildings has been cut by 50% (half) because of the destruction caused by hurricane Ivan. The Comptroller solicits your cooperation with the officers in the field in ensuring that everyone receives his/her Demand Notice and benefits from the 50% reduction.
