Grenada is being honoured by the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and Industry for sustainability and ability to cope with natural disasters. Awards will be given to Grenada, Haiti and Guyana at the 20th Anniversary Entrepreneur of the Year Awards on Thursday April 28. Prime Minister Dr. the Rt. Hon. Keith Mitchell will travel to New York today to attend the awards ceremony. The Prime Minister will deliver an address at the ceremony where he will highlight Grenada’s efforts to rebuild and outline some of the steps being taken to regenerate business. Prime Minister Mitchell will return on Saturday April 30th and Hon. Gregory Bowen will serve as acting Prime Minister during his absence. Source: Office of the Prime Minister
