The Ministry of Education is pleased to announce that the Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, Ontario, Canada, is offering a two- year scholarship for persons interested in obtaining an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician Diploma. The scholarship includes full tuition, residence accommodation and residence meal-plan. An annual book allowance of $1,000.00 is attached to the scholarship.
