NEW HEALTH CENTER  
The Carriacou Health Services Center is ready for its grand opening in Hillsborough on Friday. Keith Mitchell, prime minister of the tri-island nation of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, and Ann David Antoine, minister of Health, Social Security, the Environment and Ecclesiastical Relations, are scheduled to take part in the opening of the facility. The new center is designed to provide medical care and patient education, introduce advanced medical techniques to the region and offer advanced training and continuing medical education for physicians, nurses and other health professionals. Board members for the Carriacou Health Services include Dr. Joseph McAuley, Dr. Carol McIntosh and businessman Leo Joseph.
