CARICOM TO REVIEW ELEMENTS OF PETROCARIBE DEAL  
GEORGETOWN, Guyana (AP)- Members of the Caribbean Community trading bloc will examine if its rules were broken when its members signed the Petrocaribe oil deal with Venezuela. The Secretary General of the 15-nation Caribbean Community, Edwin Carrington, said the concern was whether Trinidad "was negatively damaged by other countries buying products from outside the region when Trinidad already sells (oil) to some states".
