A 16 years old Grand Anse, St. George youth has been arrested and charged for the offense of Arson in connection with the August 21st fire at the Commercial and Industrial Workers Union building, Grand Anse.
The teenager who was arrested at the weekend has also been charged with 2 counts of housebreaking and stealing in an unrelated matter.
