A 30 year old St. Andrew resident has been charged with damage to Government property after he allegedly tore a page off in a Grenadian passport. Dowlyn Joseph of La Poterie was charged for the offence which was reported on September 14th 2011. If found guilty Joseph is liable on summary conviction to one year imprisonment and a fine of four hundred dollars. From The RGPF
