NNP WELFARE ARM ASSISTS THE ELDERLY
Tuesday 20th December, 2011: Giving back to those who gave their all to us. Those were the words from the New National Party’s Social Welfare Officer Mrs. Joy Mancini as she led a team from the party in offering assistance to the elderly at the Missionaries of Charity’s Mother Theresa’s home in Pomme Rose, St. David and the St. Martin’s Home in Crochu St. Andrew on Sunday. The team provided lunch for the two homes for the second year in what has become an annual treat sponsored by the party and looked forward to by the residents and staff at both facilities. The residents were pleased with the activity and thanked the Mrs. Mancini and her team along with the party for the assistance they continue to render to them. The staff at both homes were also grateful the assistance and happily gave of their time to assist in the preparation and distribution of the lunches to the waiting elderly. The New National Party continues in its Social Welfare work around Grenada. During 2011 they have staged several activities from gift hamper distribution to the delivery of foodstuff to the islands main health facility the St. George’s General Hospital. The Social Welfare Arm of the NNP will like to wish all Grenadians and visitors a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

why, you don't want to contribute anynihtg to your own life, do you, lol. You resent paying someone to deliver your baby? How will the doctor eat? Ah with the government paying, then you will not have to pay. Why is your life so elevated that others should be your slave? Are you a god or something. yeah, we should get a palanquin, and little slaves can run you around in it, and pay for everything, for you are so special

Gabe, for future reference, please stop categorizing every Grenadian with the same mindset like you. In your last state "when they are giving and calling it CHARITY when in fact we all know it is a political giving for political sake." Who do you mean when you say "when in fact we all know"? WE means all of us. Please stop this generalization because too many of us think outside the box and differently to you and your subjective thinkers.

The Observer hi man or woman you come over as one angry DEVIL for if you had read the full content of my posting and understand where i am coming from you would have taken the time to read between the lines with reference to the giving for in no way did i say that the opposition is not entitled to give to charity but it is in the way in which they and people like them give when they are giving and calling it CHARITY when in fact we all know it is a political giving for political sake ,yes my frien i will repeat again and again that there are groups at home and abroad who year in year out contribute to our people in the name of charity (but not for political gains ) and my friend i will refer to the book book that says it is better to give in charity without wanting something in return. one love

Okay GBW & Master Gabe, so you are saying that whatever free services or products are rendered to the elderly and those in need by NNP or its affiliates including Dr. Keith Mitchell must be seen and treated as a political motive. When would you sad, lazy, greedy, selfish and subjective thinking Grenadians would wake up and smell the damn coffee? You are not contributing to these people's needs, however, whenever Dr. Keith or the NNP does something to alleviate the hunger and needs of those in desperation you all tend to consider such deed(s) politically motivated. At the same time, because you and those self-promoting Grenadians are used to giving something with some sort of selfish motivating factor you guys expect everybody to be doing the same and with the same intent. Get a life and let those in need enjoy the gifts of others. You are not doing it, are you? So give those who are doing continue tO do what they are doing. People are benefiting, aren't they?

I can tell you it is not in the name of charity, it's all political for one's gain.
