I would also like to add that excellent customer service aught to be highly stressed a responsibility and expectation of all Grenadians, especially those working in the service industry including our RGPF officers.

Very informative stats. However, as we highlight the financial contribution of the cruise ships, it's my hope that we would also give credit and reference to our returning diaspora brothers and sisters who often spend way more than those passengers on cruise ships. Our returning brothers and sisters often spend money that is filtered throughout the entire country. Prior to coming they send money on a monthly basis and barrels upon barrels. On their arrival they filter money through the local economy, including purchases for local goods and services, contribute to churches, schools, housing/accomdations, etc. I hope we'll continue to give this sector of our rist industry some credit too. The Bblack US Dollar has as much value as thte US Dollar.

This is excellent news for the people of ST.Patrick and the surrounding area and sports fan yound and old and while it is fair to say that this will create short term jobs for thoes who needs it, and may i say that it is now time that Government and the private sector come together and do something about that eye sore of the vendors market yes that unfinish building for that place has been left half finish as long as i can remember, and it is about time someone comes up with a master plan to get this project finish/complete so that our local vendors can sell ther products in a more decent way so Mr M.P.you know who you are please get your fingers out and lift up ST Patrick for the people of ST.Patrick and we want action now not nearer come the time of the election. one love.
