CAUSING DANGEROUS HARM UPGRADED TO MURDER  
A St. David man, who on Monday October 8th, 2012 appeared before the St. David Magistrate Court charged with causing dangerous harm, has now been charged with murder, following the death of the victim. 54 year old Cuthbert Phillip of Après Toute (St. David) died on Wednesday 10th October, 2012 at the General Hospital. He’d sustained injuries to his face during an incident which occurred on Saturday 6th October 2012. Charged in connection with his death, is Kelon Phillip, 29 year old also of Après Toute. Following his Court appearance on Monday, Kelon was remanded to Prison to reappear in Court today (Friday 12th). An autopsy report revealed Cuthbert died as a result of severe brain edema, laceration of the brain with extensive cerebral hemorrhage and trauma to the eyelid with perforation to the left orbita. The charge of murder was laid against Kelon today subsequent to his reappearance in Court for the initial charge of causing dangerous harm. He is due to reappear in Court on November 2nd 2012 where the charge of murder will be read to him.

Bro Littleboy i am on your side here for as you and my fellow posters knows my views on certain stories /headlines when it is put forward and it all has to do with how we go about educating our people and keeping them inform, for example quote Causing Dangerous Harm what does that mean for example if a dog bits you that is causing dangerous harn ,some one punch you in the face and again that is called dangerous harm, so yes bro i do agree with you we do need to re-educate those legal minded person responsible for putting such stories out in the media domain.

Causing dangerous harm, why can't you people say what you mean and be concise? Did he strike or punch the fellow in the facial area or eye?
