On behalf of the Government and People of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, Prime Minister, Dr. Keith Mitchell extends sincere condolences to the family and friends of Dr. Raphael Fletcher. Dr. Fletcher, a former MP for the Town of St. George, and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Legal Affairs, recently passed away at the General Hospital.
