Gillian i do agree with you,and what is a major issue here in grenada is that this government is encouraging such behaviour at the economic expense of our poor people in favour of these foreign investors/buyers who main aim is to buy up these lands and build these mansion houses and in doing so makes it near impossible for the ordinary working class Grenadians to be able to pruchase land to built a family home hence the long term problems we face here, but i guess some would say that as long as the Chinese Government is building these (free) prefab houses without any garden to even grow a litle quick crop our country and Government will be forever importing agriculture produce while our home grown produce and land goes to the highest buyers and our local people and their family is pushed to the woods.
