Daddy Thanks for waiting for me to get to your bedside on the day you went home. You knew the day before that I was flying in from the Uk and I was praying all the while on the flight to see you. God gave me my heart's desire and I was able to see you even inspite of an obstacle which was put in my way in your dying moments. You knew I would come from wherever I was to be with you, thanks for that. I know that you are no longer sick but in great health in heaven with your heavenly father, finally free at last and no one can hurt you now. I always loved you and we, Evelyn,Alister, Benson and Rueben loved you. I am glad we were able to let you know before you passed that we never held anything against you and that you were a good father to us and you ALWAYS had a good heart towards us. Sorry we were not able to see you in the last 14 months of your life but we always thought about you and we always knew you wanted to see us but the situation you were in prevented this from happening. I miss you a lot but my loss is God's gain and best of all you are with mammy and Edmund and Chad. Thanks for being a good father to us and for being a support to all your Nephews and Neices and grandchildren. You were such an influencial person in Grandmal supporting people in the community and being well known in St Georges when you worked at Huggins for all those years. I have a lifetime of memories to remember you and mammy while I was growing up back home and also on my regular yearly trips to USA to see you both. That will never be taken from me and I have plenty of videos I made of both of you on my trips to visit you to help me to remember you. Much Love Arlene Edgehill

Heartfelt sympathy to the family of William Edgehill. We worked closely at Geo. F. Huggins & Company for a short stint until my resignation. I remember him to be a truly delightful and loving gentleman. May his soul rest in peace.
