Precious are the moments that we have all shared. Cradled in our hearts is the love for a dear man that have touched the lives of many.
Raymond George Mitchell was affectionately known as Barba by everyone. He was born on January 13,1935 in the village of Perdmontemps in the parish of St. David’s, Grenada West Indies. The lord took him from us on Wednesday February 7,2017 at age 82.
As a young man Raymond migrated to Trinidad where he spent most of his young life before migrating to New York to join his family.
He took great pleasure in riding his bicycle wherever he had to go in Brooklyn.At the end of the day you would find him in his apartment cooking or listening to favorite music which was his favorite pastime.
Raymond leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Virginia ,son John Ross and grand daughters: Trisha & Tamika, David, Adien & Christian. Daughter, Gayle Suzan,Kimme, Kayla, Peggy, Ajay.his sister Sheila Lewis and many nephews and nieces.
