Francis Fitzroy St. Cyr (aka Mango and Kool dude), age 58, of Montreal Quebec, and formerly of Marquis, St. Andrew’s Grenada passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Montreal Quebec. He was a former student of the St. Andrews Anglican Secondary School in Grenada. He was a son of Theresa Evelyn St. Cyr and the late Hilton St. Cyr (or as many called him “Daddy Bull”) from Marquis, St. Andrew’s Grenada.
Francis worked at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital as an Orderly, at Maax as a Fork Lift Operator and, as an entrepreneur in the upholstery business. His hobbies included travelling, sewing, cricket, soccer and music.
He enjoyed outdoor activities such as driving family and friends around the city and other interesting places. He was a free spirited fun loving person who was a great entertainer. He had a great sense of humour and will always be remembered for his interesting stories and ability to make everyone in a room smile.
Francis is survived by his children, Ebony, Avian, Chelsea, Myah and Ayden. One grandchild, many siblings, nieces, nephews, one aunt, (Carmen) in England, many cousins, colleagues and friends, including Shelley, Leslie and Susan. His childhood school friends Anslem, Addis, Ulric, Rodrick, Alan, and many more including other members of the Marquis community in Grenada.
