The death is announced of Winston Ventour age 68 and his son Nigel Ventour age 42 of Belle-Vue St. George and Gouyave St. John Grenada both passed away tragically on Sunday February 9th, 2020 in Detroit Michigan USA. Winston was a former Saxophone player and leader of the band Harmonies with Brass. He is survived by the following:

Children: Amicah, Abby, Abbina and David, several grandchildren.
Brothers: Cutbert, Clifton, Joslyn, Godrick, Dudley and Hezekiah
Sister: Cynthia Roberts
Father-in-law: Kingston Frederick
Daughter-in-law: Sharell
Nigel is survived by his mother Cecelyn, wife Sharell, Children: Tafrie, Prince, Vion, and Delon, siblings, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Also left to mourn are the Ventour’s, Julien, Dottin, DeBourg, Frank, Munro, Charles, Benjamin and Fredericks families. Dominic Fleming, Eddie Calliste, members of Harmonies with Brass and not forgetting the neighbors of Belle-Vue, St George and Loretto in St. Johns.
The Homegoing Service for the late Winston and Nigel Ventour will take place at Bedford Presbyterian Church located at 1200 Dean St. between Nostrand and New York Avenues, Brooklyn, NY on Saturday February 29th with a viewing from 3.00 – 5.00 p.m. followed by a service. The bodies of Winston and Nigel Ventour will be taken to GRENADA for burial in Gouyave on March 5th
