Clive Hudson Snagg was born on October 26, 1936 in the parish of St Pauls/St Georges in Grenada, West Indies to the parents of Dulcina Julien and Bertie Snagg. He was the eldest of 9 children.

He attended St Dominic’s Catholic School where her earned his high school diploma. Upon graduating he joined the Grenada Police Force where he served there for 5 years. After working on the force he met and married his beloved wife Magdalene Lett. The couple migrated to the United States and settled down in Brooklyn, NY in 1966. He procured a job at a local hospital. He worked in the stock department and eventually became supervisor, a position in which he held until retirement in 2009.

He was a devout member of the catholic faith and one of the hardest workers you could ever meet. Of most notable mention was the fact that he was a loving person who was very sociable and loved to make people happy. He loved to entertain and was the life of parties. He was a loving husband and father who sacrificed a lot to see his children succeed. He made his journey to the lord on the morning of December 19th, 2020.

He is survived by his wife Magdalene, his daughter Jacinta, his three sons, Martin, Ronald, and Gary, along with his six grandchildren: Natasha, Monique, Tyrell, Raegan, Dyllan, and Kyleigh. He will be missed by a host of many other family and friends who adored him.

It was an honor to have been blessed to call Clive my friend. He was not only my friend, but he was also a friend to my entire family. We were fortunate to have known Clive for the many years we did. He was a very hard worker who built a solid foundation for his family. A foundation that becomes self-evident upon meeting any of his children. Not to be undone, his supporter and comforter in chief, his wife and co-founder, Magdalene, is equally important to the family legacy. On behalf of my family, I would like to express my deepest sympathy for your loss.
