Poterie, St. Andrews Grenada W. I., a small village on the Northern tip of the Island. He was the second of four children born to his mom; however, he has several other siblings by his dad. In Grenada, he received his early education at the Mt. Rose SDA Primary School and attended the Grenada SDA Comprehensive School for his High School education. Following this, he attended the Institute for Further Education at the Grenada Boy’s Secondary School, now the T.A. Marryshow Community College, where he completed his advance level degree. Although he worked hard on his educational goals, Raphael was also able to balance his intimate life because it was at that time he met and married the love of his life, the former Eager Nedd from Mt. Rose St. Patrick’s. From that Union came their only beloved son Kerry Hall. After migrating to the US in September 1983, he continued pursuing his education. Some of his educational achievements include: A Certified Accountant Degree; Radiology Technician Degree with a focus On CT Technologies; Health Care Administration and in 2013 earned a doctorate degree in Public Health. Additionally, he worked privately as an accountant and was able to assist many individuals with completing forms relating to travel, immigration, and many other business matters. Dr. Hall was a very private person and a man of few words. Yet, he had several friends. He was a very loving, caring, compassionate and devoted person not only to his family but to everyone whom he met. He loved to sing and to listen to religious music. He was an eloquent speaker and had a passion for preaching which started in his early teens. He preached many sermons and spearheaded evangelistic crusades throughout the Island of Grenada as a young man. He was also an excellent organizer in community affairs and has been an integral part of many organizations and committees such as: The Love in Action committee; The Grenada Organization; Tivoli and Surroundings to name a few. Raphaël loved to travel and was fascinated with planes both to travel in them and just to sit and watch them take off and land.
