The funeral service for the late Andy Matheson will be held on Friday, August 11th 2023 at Bedford Central Presbyterian Church, located 1200 Dean St, Brooklyn, NY 11216.

The Final resting place for the late Andy Matheson will be at Hillsborough Cemetery, located in Carriacou of his home country Grenada.

On July 29th 2023 early in the morning the clouds lifted and the Aurora Borealis ushered Andy Matheson to heaven to be with our heavenly father. Andy is survived by his wife Latoya Reid – Matheson, his 2 sons Maleek Matheson and Jayden Matheson. His mother Rena Newton, his father Anslem Matheson and his 3 sisters, Andrea, Gabrielle and Kaylee Matheson.
Andy spent the first 12 years of his life with his Grandmother Virgy. Where she instilled in him characteristics that he carried with him throughout his 40 years.
We lost Andy as a result of health complications where he battled with courage and quiet dignity for most of his life.
Andy was curious and his inquisitiveness and keen intellect allowed him to secure his first job at Victoria Secrets. While harnessing his craft, he worked at AT&T, Verizon and T Mobile, all of these experiences paved the way for him to become the CEO of his company “Family Affairs Clothing”.
We will reminisce about Andy’s ever-present smile and the warmth, and depth of his soul. Andy had a very inviting personality, hence the reason he made it his duty to place himself in roles where he was front and center with his clients.
Andy was a true friend to his friends – ready and willing at a moment’s notice, to endure a nine-hour drive in each direction for the sake of friendship.
Those who knew Andy, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.
What you saw was always what you got with him, and what you saw – if you were lucky enough to be his friend – was a truly delightful, generous, easy-going, fun-loving human being.
Andy loved Birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas he loved to pamper his mother and sisters with flowers and gifts.
The world is a lesser place without Andy Anslem Matheson.
