Brother Fritz Gerald Mason, better known as Pepe, was born July 19,1946 to the late Lonnie Mason in Waltham, St Marks Grenada West Indies. He is one of 11 siblings.
He Migrated to the United States in 1971 where he met the love of his life Miss. Jeannie Ruffin. In 1975 they were married. This year they celebrated 48 years of marriage bliss.
Fitzgerald was a faithful member of the Refuge Temple in Harlem New York for many years. Later he became a member of the United Apostolic Church where he served as an Usher. He was on time to fulfil his duties, on time for Sunday School and Bible Studies. He was faithful to the end.
Brother Mason self-appoint himself to be of assistance to Bishop Edwards during his time of need as he goes through rounds of illness. He patiently awaits his arrival, helps him with his bible and lunch bag to the office, then return to the office at 11.AM to assist him to the Sanctuary. For that we are more than grateful to him as a servant leader.
He had a passion for Fishing and travelling to visit his in-laws in the south. After retirement he lived a quiet life serving the Lord and his church. With his faithful and dedicated wife by his side.
On November 14, 2023 after a long battle with illness he went home to be with the Lord. We loved him and miss him dearly, but God knows best.
He is survived by his loving wife Jeannie Mason, sons Jerry Raymond Mason and Peter Cosmos Edwards. Daughters Molly Sheriff- Thomas and Bishop Dolly Mason -Chandler. Brothers Christopher Mason and Lawrence Mason. Son-in Law Dwight Foster Thomas and Kenny Chandlier. Daughter-in-Law Lystra Fraser Edwards.
