Heather Maria Purcell of Lamode, St. George’s, who resided in New York, passed away on October 22, 2017 at the age of 60.
She was the mother of one son, James S. Walker and is survived by him, his wife Artesia, several siblings (sister Selma Ann Charles and husband Vivian Alphonso Charles, brother Calwin Purcell, sister Denise Maitland and husband Wayne Maitland, and sister Louisa Purcell), her dearest cousin Phyllis Sergeant Andrew, friends for life Renee Lawrence and Gwen Moseley, nieces and nephews she loved like her own children (Michele Charles, Jevon Charles, Amanda Andrew), many dear friends, and a large group of nieces, nephews, and cousins from the Purcell, Clarke, and Sergeant families.
A viewing will be held on Friday October 27, 2017 from 7-9pm at O’Reilly Funeral Home, 137-40 Brookville Blvd., Rosedale, NY 11422.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Clare’s Church in 137-35 Brookville Blvd., Rosedale, NY on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 930am.
