2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 head of cabbage
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup wine (white)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon grated Grenadian nutmeg
Place olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add cabbage and stir until it begins to get slightly
brown in colour.This should take no more than 5 minutes.
Now add salt and pepper and wine.
Wait two minutes then add sugar and nutmeg.
Cover and let "cussomair" for 15 minutes.
PS : This will work only if the nutmeg is genuinely Grenadian.
